Took it easy, ended on bench, curl, and deadlift with my opening attempts for my meet on Saturday. Time to relax and rest now.

2/13 - 164.7 weight-in  =  MO State Open - NASA Sports

154 + 325 + 496 = 975

Set another 4 State Records. (curl, bench, deadlift, total)

National record for PowerSports total is 983. I was 8 lbs under. I will be competing in another meet in a few months, and hopefully I will smash that record. Overall it was a Great meet. I set 2 PR's (bench, deadlift)

Take a few days off, then it's back to hitting the iron to break some records

I couldn't do these type of push-pull carpet-bombing workouts.  Too old.  But they sure do seem to get results for you!
