As of early 2013, we are still in the process of rebooting unto the new platform

If you want to keep track of the relaunch you can:

  1. Like us on Facebook
  2. Follow us on Twitter
  3. Send me (Kris) an e-mail and let me know that you'd like to join the new site when it is ready.

Once we are ready to relaunch, we will start spreading the word. Until then, expect silence to mean we are heads down coding. :) The forum is still open for active members, but don't expect a lot of activity here since meets are currently on hold.

Clean pull to knees + clean and push jerk
187.5 1x5 sets

clean and push jerk
207.5 x0 (failed on the jerk)
x0 failed on the clean
x0 failed on the clean.

Fibromangina flared up and I quit for the day. Lower back is not killing me, but is kicking me in the shins pretty hard.

2011-11-08

Snatch Grip DL (Straps)
245 1x6 sets

Clean and Press

It's all getting easier.  The SGDLs were kind of sloppy because I was trying to snap them near the top like a snatch, but they may be too heavy for that.

One more round of 8 singles and then I start building up the doubles.

I have to say he did work hard the whole time.  I also have to say that, never having done anything directly useful using only my biceps muscles, I can't imagine that they deserve so much attention.
