RC work

My incline bench is pathetic.  I think I'm gonna work on that after this up and coming meet.

BAND SIDE LATERALS:
12x3 @ mini

I missed my deadlift day, so decided to just work up to an easy 1 repper.

Wanted to do more today, but the young'en didn't cooperate Sad
It's all good though, weights over 400 are feeling lighter every week.

RC Work

On the Rev. Band Bench, the bands took about 135lbs off at the bottom of the lift and took off nothing at the top.

My plan is to hit all my openers either Saturday or Sunday and maybe have a couple of speed days during the week before the meet.
