I've been lifting for around 4 years but only got into powerlifting 3 years ago. Unfortuantely I've had several injuries in that time including a sprained ACL in my knee, a sprained ankle and about 11 weeks ago a broken ankle. I've been out of the plaster for around 9 weeks now and my lifts are coming back up (thank god)!
