The Virtualmeet.net server was down for nearly 8 hours between 22:52 and 06:40 GMT today. Server logs indicate that this was caused by a sudden power failure, such as would happen when a technician shut down the wrong server or tripped over the power cord (this has happened before). The server went down shortly after I had retired for the night, hence the long downtime.

We are now back up and kicking again.

The server was down for 7 seven hours between 22:44 and 05:44 GMT. I am investigating the cause, but server logs again seem to indicate that this may have been caused by a sudden power failure.

Everything is now up and running again.
