As of early 2013, we are still in the process of rebooting unto the new platform

If you want to keep track of the relaunch you can:

  1. Like us on Facebook
  2. Follow us on Twitter
  3. Send me (Kris) an e-mail and let me know that you'd like to join the new site when it is ready.

Once we are ready to relaunch, we will start spreading the word. Until then, expect silence to mean we are heads down coding. :) The forum is still open for active members, but don't expect a lot of activity here since meets are currently on hold.

Wednesday me and my trainer were working out, and kind of unexpected he asked me to sit down with my legs straight and told me to flex my legs. Then, he started bandaging me. When he was finished he said I could walk to the barbell. It took me a while to figure out how to get up, but I gracelessly wobbled over to the bar and boy, do those things help your squat!

Thanks for sharing the anecdote!! I gather your September meet will be equipped? Have you had time to get into a squat suit yet?

Nope, still no suit-experience. My trainer & coach said I should try out without a suit, but with kneewraps and a belt, just to see if I like competing. "Besides, suits hurt," they added. I'll see how things are. I'm kind of anxious to see what happens.
