As of early 2013, we are still in the process of rebooting unto the new platform

If you want to keep track of the relaunch you can:

  1. Like us on Facebook
  2. Follow us on Twitter
  3. Send me (Kris) an e-mail and let me know that you'd like to join the new site when it is ready.

Once we are ready to relaunch, we will start spreading the word. Until then, expect silence to mean we are heads down coding. :) The forum is still open for active members, but don't expect a lot of activity here since meets are currently on hold.

No training for two weeks prior, was abroad for both holiday and work. Knee gave me no problems on the day, needs a bit of TLC now.

I've come a long way this past year, and I have to credit the Virtualmeet platform for giving me regular chances to test myself.

No pics/vids because Pat was out drinking the night before, and got there late! It's for the best really, those weightlifting suits aren't flattering.

Congratulations Warren! Nice PRs, especially with no training for 2 weeks.
Maybe that's what it took to get your knee back in order.

Hats off to Warren!

You've indeed made some crazy progress when compared to your best lifts here from the 2009 June meet. Really well done!
