DURING MY LAST SET, I FELT A SHARP PAIN IN MY LOWER BACK. I HAVE FELT THIS BEFORE AND LIKE LAST TIME I AM TAKING THE REST OF THE WEEK AND RESTING. JUST DO A LOT OF STRETCHING.
