Title: Training Every Day
Post by: WadeDare on January 13, 2012, 11:18:17 pm
Anybody tried this?

Got any programming suggestions?  I'm trying it out now, reducing daily volume and going to 95% of max or beyond if the juice is there (no, not steriods).  I don't know, however, if this will eat me up or not.  Feels okay so far and I'm also taking weekends off from lifting so as to recover, but I am squatting and pressing every day and alternating snatches and clean/jerks day to day.  Matched my jerk PR after 5 straight days of training though days 3 and 4 stunk pretty badly.

If you've any stories or ecperiences please share.

Thanks.

Interesting. Though how do you plan to manage fatigue?
On the other hand a lot of athletes in other sports do exactly this.

Next to my training I am currently also doing the PLP program daily from Chad Waterbury, but this is only an addition.
