This thread is to sign-up for the 23-25 April 2010 Powerlifting meet only. Questions and comments concerning this meet should be posted in the discussion thread (http://virtualmeet.net/community/forum/meet-talk/349/0/).

The deadline for lifters to sign up is Tuesday, April 19th at 10PM GMT; after this date, only judge sign-ups will be accepted.

To register for the meet, just post a short reply to this message. This implies that you:

HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THE RULES (http://virtualmeet.net/meets/rules/) (the LATEST version of the rules!)
AFFIRM YOUR DRUG-FREE STATUS (again, see the rules)
REALLY AIM AT DOING THE MEET, not just thinking about it. Of course, injuries and life can happen, so you are naturally free to cancel your entry if needed.

NOTE: FOR THIS MEET YOU DO NOT HAVE TO SPECIFY A LIFTING DAY IN ADVANCE. YOU ARE FREE TO LIFT ON ONE OF THE MEET DAYS BELOW AT YOUR CONVENIENCE. Let's see how this works out.

** 23rd is on a Friday
** 24th is on a Saturday
** 25th is on a Sunday

Further instructions on how to submit the video footage etc. will be sent out via e-mail to all participants after the sign-up deadline has passed.

Those who wish to judge should also sign-up in this thread.

To make sure that you don't forget anything essential, we highly recommend using the checklist (http://virtualmeet.net/docs/meet_checklist.pdf) as a supplement to the rules (http://virtualmeet.net/meets/rules/).

I'm in ! It's about time I get a total...

I read the rules, lifetime drug-free, should lift on Friday.

I want to lift on Apr 25th. I am 43 and I am lifting at Catalyst in Sault Ste. Marie. I am also drug free.
