The final line up has also been posted (http://virtualmeet.net/community/forum/meet-talk/287/msg2059/#msg2059).
We are still lacking judges for this meet. If anyone is interested, please contact me. Otherwise I'll do the usual round to find three judges. Good luck everyone! Just a quick technical thought on the Avatar, it would be nice if the size limitations was shown next to the upload box on the profile edit page. After failing to upload twice I downloaded your avatar and opened it up to see how big it was. We have two judges now and will probably have the third one in quite short order, so the meet should enter the judging phase soon. With only three lifters in the meet, it may be a quick affair, but as usual the judges will have seven days to complete the judging.

It turned out that there was some communication problems in regard to some of the dropped out lifters and my inquiry into the issue hit the spam folder, but the happy upshot of it is that we actually have five accepted lifters in the meet now. :)

Thanks guys! The third judge will jump into the mix as soon as we have one. :)

On a personal note, and being an outdoor training buff myself, hats off to Jeff Sutherland (http://virtualmeet.net/weeflerunner/) and Charles Elliott (http://virtualmeet.net/cellcan/) for going at it outdoors. Loved it. That said, Jeff, you should move the camera a bit closer next time to better fill up the screen. :) 'Nuff said, time to watch some videos -> |
