This thread is to sign-up for the November 7-9th Military Bench meet only (sign up for the bench press meet here (http://virtualmeet.net/community/forum/meet-talk/256/0/)). Questions and comments concerning this meet should be posted in the discussion thread (http://virtualmeet.net/community/forum/meet-talk/258/0/).

The deadline for lifters to sign up is Friday, October 24th at 11pm GMT (6pm CST); after this date, only judge sign-ups will be accepted.

To register for the meet, just post a short reply to this message. This implies that you:

• HAVE READ AND ACCEPTED THE RULES (http://virtualmeet.net/meets/rules/) (the LATEST version of the rules!)
• AFFIRM YOUR DRUG-FREE STATUS (again, see the rules)
• REALLY AIM AT DOING THE MEET, not just thinking about it. Of course, injuries and life can happen, so you are naturally free to cancel your entry if needed.

 

Also include which day you want to lift on. This day can be changed up until the sign-up deadline.

** 7th is on a Friday
** 8th a Saturday
** 9th a Sunday

Further instructions on how to submit the video footage etc. will be sent out via e-mail to all participants after the sign-up deadline has passed.

Those who wish to judge should also sign-up in this thread.

I want to do the military bench on Friday the 7th.  I have read and accepted the rules, am as always drug free, and am really going to do the meet.

I'm in for Saturday the 8th.


I wouldn't want Christian competing with himself.  Tha's almost as bad as talking to yourself. :)
